1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping to:

1. Pakistan: Nationwide delivery

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, and applicable courier restrictions.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

During promotional campaigns, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

1. Major Cities: 2–4 business days
2. Other Areas: 4–7 business days
3. Remote Areas: Additional time may apply

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect address information, security restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery location, order size, weight, and/or shipping method selected at checkout.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 199,999

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

You may use the tracking number provided by us or our courier partner to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

2. Complete delivery address
3. City and postal/ZIP code
4. Active phone number
5. Any relevant delivery instructions

Reflect Range cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the information before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after dispatch.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because you are unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the shipment is refused, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.

If an order is returned to Reflect Range because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if you request the order to be shipped again.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate the shipment with the courier.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, Reflect Range will work with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If your order appears damaged, please take clear photographs of the package and the product before disposing of any packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible.

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be unable to cancel an order once it has been processed or dispatched.
