At Reflect Range, we want you to receive your order in the condition and specifications you expected. If there is an issue with your order due to an error or fault on our side, we offer a 7-day return policy subject to the conditions below.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if the issue is caused by Reflect Range.

Eligible reasons may include:

4. Missing item from the order
5. Product that does not match the ordered specifications due to our error

Returns are not accepted for reasons caused by the customer, such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect size or specifications selected by the customer, or normal wear and tear, unless otherwise agreed by Reflect Range.

2. Return Requirements

To request a return, customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Photographs or videos showing the issue

4. Other information reasonably required to verify the return request

The product may need to be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all accessories, tags, or other items included with the original order, where applicable.

If the return is approved, the customer will be eligible for a refund according to this policy.

4. Refund Method

5. Refund Processing Time

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the original payment method and the relevant bank or payment service provider.

Reflect Range is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or other third-party financial institutions.

If the return is required because of an error, defect, damage, or other fault attributable to Reflect Range, we will make reasonable arrangements regarding the return shipping.

7. Non-Eligible Returns
